Simon Hooper

Chief executive

Database expert and inventor of Prod Tech Reporting. Expert in the design of database schemas, the applications that use them, SQL and reporting. He enjoys writing computer algorithms and interactive applications to improve the business productivity. Before embarking on his software career and ultimately founding Productive Technology he was a maintenance engineer, a production manager, a sales manager and chief executive and finance director of an electronics manufacturing company. Having done most of the key management roles he rapidly grasps a client’s business and, with his technical expertise, proposes creative and practical ways forward. He says “Give me the business problem, not an application specification”. Simon loves to be outdoors, whether on a bicycle or a boat.

Inna is a bridge between Client’s staff and our programmers. She is a true professional and key to ensuring that the right code gets written on time. Our PM knows and claims that wise planning, good communication and focused efforts can solve any issues requested. Inna likes animals and has a real zoo at home: huge dog, fat cat and silent fish :)

Yaroslav Antonenko

A highly resourceful, innovative, and competent Full Stack developer with extensive experience in the layout, design, and coding of websites. Experienced in creating solutions for a wide range of corporate, charity and public sector clients.

Yaroslav is the enthusiastic and ambitious enough to complete projects of the highest standard.

Yuri Pushkarev

Lead Applications programmer

Expert in all things Windows. Primarily he writes desktop and web (asp.net) applications. He is also expert in Microsoft SQL Server and handy with Windows Server / IIS administration.

Yuri is exceptionally accurate, even amongst programmers, and will spot a flaw in a specification or a bug in code almost before the upload is completed.

Eugene Vasilenko

Linux sys admin

Has broad experience across several technologies. He mostly deals with configuration and setup of workstations, local, and remote servers. Eugene can easily increase the stability of the equipment performance due to the constant monitoring and database administration, rapid response to breakages of any type. "Keep calm and be safe" is his motto :)

Oleg Gusakov

Lead Delphi Developer

Working both on user interface and on algorithmic parts of the applications. He is also keen to develop crossplatform products for iOS/Android/MacOS. Oleg has major advantage which our team appreciates greatly. He alsways designs several vaiants ahead and chooses the best and the most efficient one at start. That's why he is a happy married man with two wonderful kids :)

Yuriy Vdovychenko

Product Manager

Yuriy has more than 10 years of experience in managing IT, Technological and Advertising products. He is ready to take responsibility for the whole life cycle of a product and provide cross-functional leadership between development, marketing, sales and support teams.

Yuriy has PhD in International Economics, has been coordinating international projects within private and government institutions. This guy finds that our life is too short for bad products, so our results should inspire and provide real value for all.

There is a thought that a successful person must be successful in everything, so Yuriy likes spending time with his family outdoors or doing sports as well as improving his product manager skills :)

QA & UX Manager

Igor is a marketing specialist with a wide experience working for both startups and international companies, backed by his two majors in International Economics and Marketing. As a proponent of the customer centric management, Igor work closely with project managers to ensure the most convenient user journey with app developed and to grant it runs smoothly.

When spare time occasionally comes along, Igor likes to surf Twitch both to find some entertaining сontent and to satisfy his professional interest in checking streamers marketing activities, Kappa.
