Configurable Questions
Configurable Questions are a very powerful and flexible for obtaining from users and processing it. Questions can be used for product selection, general information gathering, pricing, and more. Depending on the answers to initial questions further targetted questions can be asked. Questions systems can be used on customer facing web sites, by call centres and by back office staff. Prod Tech written flexible questions systems have found many uses within a single system, reducing programming costs and shortening time to market for new products.
The starting concept is that a set of questions are asked. The format of the answer is defined for each question – it can be a drop down list, a date, an address and many more. Depending on the answer points can be allocated, price changed, more question sets asked, products or options added to the sale.
